Chioma Aladi is an operator and second-generation entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience leading and growing businesses. She grew up in her parents’ import, distribution, and light manufacturing companies, experiencing firsthand the realities of ownership and the pride that comes from building something enduring.

Chioma has held full P&L responsibility for multimillion-dollar businesses and helped grow Freedom Boat Club from 170 to more than 440 locations, including leading a strategic acquisition in Europe. Under her leadership, businesses delivered double-digit growth, achieved the lowest customer attrition in their divisions, and earned the highest Net Promoter Scores for consecutive years.

At 318 Legacy Capital, Chioma is responsible for sourcing one exceptional company to acquire and leading it through its next chapter. She will work alongside the existing management team, bringing strategic direction and operational leadership while preserving what already works.

Chioma holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida.
